おかげさまで納得のいく物件に引っ越せることになりました。東京なので相場が高いのがきついですが、これはしょうがないと思います。
また何かあれば寺岡さんにお願いしようと思います。

他では成約済みと言われた物件を、募集中ですと平気で嘘をつきます。連絡も遅く対応が悪かったです。すでに埋まっているのでは？と確認したところ、連絡が途絶えました。最低です。
下北沢には沢山不動産屋さんがあるので、他の大手をお勧めします。

If you are looking for a property that is said to have been concluded elsewhere, you will lie quietly. Contact was slow and correspondence was bad. Is it already buried? After confirming, the contact was lost. It is the lowest.
There are many real estate agencies in Shimokitazawa, so we recommend other majors.

・事前に空きを確認していた物件が既に申し込みが入っており募集が終了していた（＝事前に確認していない）
・物件情報の紙が裏紙
・内覧物件の場所を間違える（ナビを設定したのにです。こちらが指摘しなければずっと迷っていたと思います）
・こちらが提示した条件に合致しない物件であることを内覧したときに初めて気づく（しかも謝ることもなく平然としていました）
などなど本当にびっくりするほど対応が悪かったです。
普段このようなコメントは書かないのですが、あまりにひどく、
他の肩にも同じ思いをして欲しくないと思い書き込みました。
何があっても他の仲介会社をご利用されることをお勧めします。
・The person in charge forgot to make a reservation in advance
・The property whose availability was confirmed in advance had already been applied for and the application was closed (=not confirmed in advance)
・The paper for property information is the backing paper
・Wrong location of the listing property (I set up a navigation system. Unless I pointed out this, I would have been wondering forever)
・The first time I noticed that the property did not meet the conditions presented here (and I did not apologize and was calm)
The response was so bad that I was really surprised.
I don't usually write comments like this, but it's too bad,
I wrote that I do not want the same feeling on other shoulders.
We recommend that you use another intermediary company no matter what.
