The price was much cheaper than it was at the beginning, so that was also helpful. Thank you very much.

(Remake the same key in internet need around 1500yen, they mark up to 16000yen and never tell me the price until I RETURN THE KEY) Already said that day is last day(Sat)then tell me due to holiday postponed my return key day for more than 5 days and trick me like a fool even I return the home key ON TIME. Never told me renew contract need to pay. Never tell me when I pay rent need to pay extra for the financial company. Knowing I am not good in Japanese but not consider my situation and keep speaking something i don’t understand. Seem I trust Japanese too much. M	MASAMI SASAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーからの意見です。賃借者を探してくれるのは一生懸命ですが、その後の対応は最低です。契約書を「何日の何時に持って行きます」とミニミニから時間指定されたので待っていましたが来ません。問い合わせると「今、来店者が来ていて忙しかったから行かれない」との回答。入居者様を探させて欲しいと当方に何度もガツガツ来たけどアフターフォローはもの凄く雑。その上、手数料はどこよりも高い。最後の一撃は、退出時、クリーニングをミニミニに頼まないと退出時の立ち会いはしませんと来た。ミニミニ、さようなら、もう依頼しません。 This is an opinion from the owner. It's hard to find a renter, but the response after that is the worst. I was waiting because the mini-mini specified the time to bring the contract, "What day and what time will I bring it?" When I inquired, he answered, "I can't go because the store is busy now." I've been rushing to find a resident many times, but the after-sales follow-up is extremely rough. Besides, the fees are higher than anywhere else. The last blow came when I left, I wouldn't be present at the time of leaving unless I asked Minimini for cleaning. Minimini, goodbye, I won't ask you anymore.
