★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・契約欲しさからか知らないが内見の時に事実と異なることを言われた。住んでからしばらくして嘘をつかれていることに気づいた。
・重説を行う時に取引士証を見せずに説明をされた。ここら辺の法律は詳しくないが、プレイズが所有していない物件を紹介している以上は違法では？
・重説の際は高圧的、まさかの中指で契約書を指差す。喧嘩を売られているのかと思いながら説明を受けた。一番腹が立ったのは正直これ。（Iと名乗るブサイクな女、客に喧嘩売ってメリットあるのかとか考えられないのか？）
・なんだかんだで契約を巻いてしまったので、当分住まないといけないが、会社の社員がアレだけに先が非常に心配

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく仕事ができない社員しかいません。あと保証金の返金も平気で踏み倒す、一つ一つの依頼に対する返答・対応が遅い、社内の情報連携がされていない等ネガティブ要素が多く、関わりは持つことをお勧めしません。他の方がコメントされてますが常識のない社員が多すぎます。あと担当の方の名前を伺うと、日本の方なのに変なミドルネームでこちらに名前が伝えられ鬱陶しい。責任を持てないのであれば担当を外れて欲しい。
