The process of locating a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood can be extremely tough in Tokyo, and Mr. Matsuoka was very helpful during the process. Regardless of my relatively hard criteria(new built, 5 min to station, no more than 15 min to shibuya), he was able to get me into a place. Would recommend if you at least speak a little Japanese.
