It has some exibition halls that may fit different events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy to join annual JSAE event in Nagoya. Now if those Korean tier II suppliers on the government booth, that keep promising to do business, stopped lying and removed the foot from their mouths it would be much better .??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 big halls for the periodic exhibitions. Close to the buildings there are car parkings and station (Kinjo-futo) of the JR railway (Aonami line). Very easy access from Nagoya main railway station (ticket costs 350 JPY).
There is also a Legoland fun park and big shop with furnitures. On the area of halls there are two restaurants (with japanese meals). Others are closer to the Legoland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a participant at a robotics competition that took up several halls for about a week.
The halls were large and had adequate bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well and power was stable.
There were food trucks in the courtyard each day for lunch and early dinner. There were also restaurants near the nearby LegoLand enterance.
The one reason I would not hold a multiday event here - there is no lodging on-site and seemingly no substantial lodging options until Nagoya Station (which can be reached without transfers). This means all attendees will be spending at least an hour a day commuting which grows tiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far from city exhibition hall. Easier to handle crowds. Can be reachable by train and car. One plus point on my trip during raining, got a shuttle bus (500 yen) to city center.
