未	未来 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人2、子ども2で来店しました。サイズを決めるためアイスをみていたらアイスを見る前に購入してからアイスをお伺いします。とルールを守れと言わんばかりな口調で言われました。初めて来店したため子どもが食べれそうなアイスはあるのか見ていたのに焦って注文したため思うような注文ではなく不満が残りました。また購入後、食べたいアイスの味を言うと特に何も言わずにアイスを作り始めるし2つアイスを伝えたのに聞き漏らしたのかスルーされていました。また会計までのルートが不親切で、私たち以外の方も全員間違えており壁にもこちらは出口です。などデカデカ張り紙があります。購入者目線に立って楽しくアイスが購入できる環境、対応をお願いしたいです。 I came to the store with 2 adults and 2 children.
