浦安市で一時保育を行っている保育園。受付は専用電話番号があります。 13時半から専用電話番号にて受付開始とのことで、前月1日から予約開始です。先月は13時半ぴったりにかけても電話がつながらず、結果として2時15分まで電話を何度もかけ直す必要がありました。やっと電話が繋がった頃には既に枠がいっぱいとの事でした。翌月、13時半0秒に電話をすることに成功しました。ところが、0歳は預かる事が出来ないとのことです。ホームページや市のページには、6ヶ月以上から一時保育可能との記載があったのですが、非常に残念です。断り方も「0歳さんですね、少々お待ちください」と、そもそも、枠がないのに何を確認しているのか不明ですがかなり待たされました。この待ち時間の間に、他の一時預かりを受け入れている保育園に電話をしたかったです。また、断り方もよく言えば丁重なのかもしれませんが、「今は、定期保育で1歳の方が多くいらっしゃいまして…」と、結論がわからないかなり遠回しな伝え方でした。受付開始時間に連絡をしても一時預かりの「枠がない」とは甚だ疑念が残ります。そもそも、受け入れをしていないのでしたら、市のホームページなどに0歳受け入れの記載をすべきではありませんし、その前の月に電話をした際に最初からその旨を伝えるべきだと思います。私立の認可保育園ですが、園の運営方法自体に疑問が残ります。

Although it is a private licensed nursery school, there are still doubts about the management method itself.
