★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浦安駅から歩いて5分くらいの場所に店舗を構えるフィットネスジム。24時間施設を使用できるコースや、時間帯限定だが一日100円で使用できるコースもある。
広さはそこそこで、さまざまな器具が揃えられている。ランニングマシーンにはそれぞれテレビがついていて、付属のヘッドホンを通して音声つきで自由に視聴できる。また、水素水が自由に飲める。
退会方法が少々面倒なので注意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間は大変有り難いですが、シャワーが壊れている点や従業員が普通にトレーニングしているのは気になります。特にフリーウェイトエリアにおいて、常連の方？と談笑しながらトレーニングしているのは如何なものかと思います。
I am very grateful for 24 hours, but I am concerned that the showers are broken and that employees are training normally. Especially in the free weight area? I think that it is what I am training while having a chat.

快適で客層も悪くない。
セキュリティもしっかりしていてケータイや財布を放置してトレーニングできる。
マイナス点
男子トイレがいつも臭い。大便流したての臭い。
17時からのコースが高校生限定。一日100円をうたうなら実質24時間コースで6000円払うしかない大人にも解禁してほしい。
水素水を信じてるわけではないが、水道水の蛇口にメッシュを付けてるのみ。ごまかさずにただの水とするか、ちゃんとしたミネラルウォーターなどにしてほしい。

The course from 17:00 is for high school students only. If you want to sing 100 yen a day, I would like to ask the adult who can only pay 6000 yen for a 24-hour course.
I don't believe in hydrogen water, but I just put a mesh on the tap. Don't cheat, just use water or use proper mineral water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まずはそれほど混んでいないのが良い。あと水素水が無料で飲めるのも良いです。ウェイトコーナーも4人分あるのでパツパツに埋まることが少ないかも。オススメします。
