w	wataru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やっぱり生麺が個人的には苦手かな。噛んだ時に、噛み切るんじゃなく、くっついて切れる感じ。慣れないというか、これは違う！とか思ってしまうんだけど。今の人達にはこれが普通であって、生麺じゃない麺で過ごしてた昭和なオジサンには、違和感がどうしても生まれてしまいます。味はとても良いと思います。色々と創意工夫されてるんだろな〜と随所で感じるんですよね。ただただ冒頭で述べたように麺が、、、生麺か普通の麺、選べるようにしませんか？僕は生麺を導入する前のポポラマーマが好きでした。あと昔を知ってしまってると、価格も随分と上がった印象受けてしまいます。昔は良かったな〜と、過去を羨むウザいオジサン状態です。 I'm not good at raw noodles personally. ラ	ラッキー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の近くなのでよく利用していて1年前くらいまでは接客について気にならなかった。しかし新しい店長？(身長163くらいの40歳くらいの年配男性店員)が普通の態度で接していてもかなり高圧的な言い方をしてくる為、しかもいつもイラついているのかそれが何回も続き、客に舐めた態度で接してくるので、その店員とは喋ると高確率でイライラするので喋りたくなくて、どうでもいいセリフは無視したら私が返事するまで何度も同じセリフを、しかも店内に響き渡るほど大声でスパゲッティの目の前で繰り返してきた。若い店員さんの方がよっぽどいい接客してくれる。お客様は神様とは私も思わないが、お客あっての商売だということを念頭に置いて接客してほしい。最初っから喧嘩を売られたら楽しい食事とその日一日が台無しになる。ポポラマーマ自体は商品もお店の内装も好きなので余計ガッカリさせられる。飲食業は人々の生活の一部を支えていて社会に貢献しているのだから、誇りを持って接客してほしい。とにかくあのおじさん店員は常にイライラしているので表に出させないか、態度を改めさせるか、移動させるか、再教育をお願いします。その店員だけコロナ対策もできておりません。スパゲッティ顔に投げつけてやりたいくらいですので。 I used to use it a lot because it was near my house, and I didn't care about customer service until about a year ago. K	K Risa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに、利用していましたが、先日、外にある、メニューが、期間限定で、パスタが安くなるみたいでしたので注文したところ、若い男性スタッフが、「それは、冷凍のテイクアウトです」と言われました。それで納得がいかず、店頭にある紙面を見て注文したので。で「この文面を見て、テイクアウト限定には見えませんけど」というと、そのスタッフは「。。。」無言なのがそもそもおかしい。納得がいかないまま、会計時に、レジスタッフに、レジ前に同じ期間限定商品がテイクアウトの紙を見つけ、これはおかしいとお伝えしたのですが、年配の男性スタッフが本社が悪いと、本社のせいにしていました。本社が頭がおかしい、悪いにしても責任転嫁するのはおかしいと思います。自分の頭で考え、お客様が納得できるような発言をするべきなのでは？そして私は痺れを切らし、「何か言うことはないのですか？」というと、小さな声で最初の無言対応の若い男性スタッフが「申し訳ありません」と年配男性スタッフは青ざめてただ茫然とされていました。この件があって以来、後味が悪くこのお店には訪れていません。頭の悪いスタッフが多いことは確かでしょう。わかりずらい紙面なら紙面で　自分たちでわかりやすく改良すればいいだけではないでしょうか？本社からの更なる回答をお待ちしております。それか、本社お客様相談室にメールさせて頂きますが。 I used to use it once in a while, but the other day, the menu outside was for a limited time, and the pasta seemed to be cheaper, so when I ordered it, a young male staff member said, "It's a frozen takeout."
