K	K Risa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、カフェ＆カレーだったところ。今は、パンケーキのお店がOPENしました。前のお店の時は、接客がよくなかったので、今回は、そんなことはないだろうと思っていましたが。。。今日、夕方頃、利用したのですが。とにかく、接客やサービスが最低のものでした。まず、二人しかいないスタッフでお客さんがまばらなのに、いらっしゃいませも言わない。運ばれてきたときにも女性スタッフが言わない。そのうえ、テーブルの上に設置されたフレッシュを使おうとしたら、なんと、劣化して使えるものではありませんでした。それを女性スタッフに伝えても、無言でした。コーヒーのお代わりを持ってきたときに新しいフレッシュを添えられてましたが、謝罪なし。本当に、常識ない。会計時に男性のスタッフにそれを伝えても、事の重大さに全く気がついておらず、うるせえ客としか思っていないような感じで、申し訳ありません。と小さな声で反省してるようには全く感じられなかった。二度とこのお店は利用しません！女性スタッフも全く反省していない雰囲気で早く出ていけオーラを出していました。店長、オーナーさんの教育不足だと思います。かわいそうなスタッフさんだなと思いました。哀れだなと感じました。まともな教育を今まで受けたことがないのですね。きっと。かわいそう！飲食店で最低限のことができていないし、古い賞味期限が切れたものを平気で備え付けてるなんて、本当に、怖いと感じました。あと、いつもお店にオーナーのおじさんみたいな方、いないほうがいいと思います。お店の雰囲気が台無しになりリラックスできません。それと音楽のボリュームが大きすぎだし、いろんなジャンル時代のものをバラバラにかけていますが、ちょっと節操がなさすぎな感じがしました。 Before, it was a cafe and curry.
