Pizzeria-Trattoria Napule

We enjoyed lunch at the terrace seat. Visa is Margherita. The weather is so so so I tried ordering beer. A miserable salad is also a set. It is tasty as it is.

Nice Italian restaurant,the balcony face the flower street,with 150blossom trees display in a row in front of you, it is absolutely marvelous. But if you want to seat in the outside balcony and closer to the trees, then you have to make a reservation, otherwise, even you arrive at 5:30pm , you can only seat indoor. Besides, it charged table service, 500yuen per person, and plus 10% service charge.

My experience at Pizzeria-Trattoria Napule left a lot to be desired. They charge a 500 yen seating free which didn't seem to be disclosed in advance which was super annoying. Then they charged extra for a half and half pizza. The service was just ok; my waitress told me things were included in one of the set menus which weren't included which really isn't acceptable. The pizza itself wasn't completely cooked; the crust ended up being soggy from the sauce. My conclusion is that the owners here really want to extract as much money from each customer as possible without wanting them to return...

First visit to the Roppongi shop. Water was not free and felt a bit pricey compared to the Omotesando place but the atmosphere was nice filled with family guests and food was great. We had a green salad, monthly special pizza and pasta.

AVOID THAT PLACE! The worst dinner experience ever! 1. Horrible, microwaved Pizza: I ordered a pizza expensive enough, with smoked mozzarela and smoked pork. It came in 5 minutes!! Anyone who knows pizza, knows a pizza you make fresh can't come in 5 minutes! It was luke- warm, not hot. Basically, it was some old pizza they just warmed up in the microwave. There was hardly anything smoked on it. Certainly not mozarella. It was a piece of plastic,, tasting worse than convenience store pizza. A FAKE pizza, warmed up in microwave. 2. No Olive oil in an Italian restaurant! They brought the italian"bread-and-olive oil" traditional, except they did not bring any oil! None!!! They brought two pieces of bread and two small salty snacks (industrially made). Bread was dry, tasting more like chicken-feed. I never had worse.Did I mention they failed to bring the olive oil?? I had to ask for it. I got it at the end of the meal, when I didn't need it anymore. 3. They never brought me any water. Unheard of, in Japan! Basically, they force you to buy their mineral water, for 800 yen. 4. Because I was alone, they gave me the worst seat possible: by the door to the terrace. Cold rainy windy night, the door left open by every waiter and every customer going on the terrace. I closed it myself several times. After being fed microwave pizza, bread and no oil, no water, in wind and cold coming from outside, how much do you think this experience costs? almost 5000 yen! A pizza and a glass of sparkling wine! Nothing else. You pay TABLE COVER! A cover that forgot my olive oil, my water, brought me microwavd pizza and kept me in wind and cold. This is not a legitimate pizzeria. This is a cheat. Avoid it by all means, unless you really intend to spoil the evening for someone you dislike! Then, send them there!

Waited at entrance for 5+ minutes to be told to sit and wait, never took my name, staff came back 10 minutes later to try to sort out who came first and how to seat them. Food was fairly priced I think, but also did not exceed expectations. Bill came much larger than expected only to realize they charge you just for eating there 500 yen per person. This is never told to you or written clearly anywhere. They also won't even give you water unless you pay 600 yen. Would not go again, go to the Italian place the next floor up instead.

I stopped for a quick lunch break so my review will be very synthetic. I had pasta with fish ragù, it was good, nothing to complain about. Location is absolutely cute and very relaxing for the eyes with a beautiful terrace outside.. on a nice sunny day is simply perfect. Reccomended.

Great coffee quality, the baked pizza(Italian style), and bologna pasta were good enough to enjoy! Most of all, terrace seat under the nice weather stimulated my appetite?
