Very nice owner and really good Napolitano style pizza.
Although we speak virtually no Japanese they were patient with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an Italian it's a pleasure to see someone from across the world taking such pride in making a good pizza. The ingredients are genuine and flavourful, the pizza was definitely very good and the staff really kind and cheerful. The fridge with loads of craft beers was the cherry on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasted ok when carried out but WORST OPERATION EVER. Agree to other reviews that mention the awful behavior of the staff when you walk in. They don't even ask you wheter you're there with/without reservation or dining in/to go. You just have to wait and 10 minutes later, voila! "The tables are all booked" and they won't even let you wait.
They can improve just by using "Air Wait" or other tablet-based software if the staff do not know how to manage.
Two-star only because the food tasted average when carried out. But you should know they let you wait 15+ minutes even when you ordered beforehand with LINE to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is good, Italian taste and size. They use wood-fired oven. Very nice touch of fresh mozzarella on the buffalo margherita when came out of the oven. They have a good espresso coffee too. Service is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this was quite a pleasant surprise. Had to go to Samezu driving center to renew my wife’s license and looking for a place to have a quick lunch together with the kids we just happened on this place. Pizza and salad set was very delicious at a great price. We had the marinara, margerita and ciccioli pizzas. All were very delicious. We sat outside with a heater giving plenty or warmth. Great lunch spot and a must visit especially if you are in the area taking care of your driver’s license.
