大井町で宿泊した際に、HPGのクーポン1000円分持って一人で利用。
外観や内装、大井町ガーデンの２階で立地は素晴らしい☆
けど、サービスや料理は全くもってダメですね。
オーダーも料理も遅い、クーポンの利用も店員は理解してない。
料理は一品が高いのでコスパもよろしくなく、チャージもあり、１０００円クーポンあっても結構な金額になりました。
もう二度と行かない！
先ほどHPGの履歴を確認したら、クーポンも使用済みなのに未使用になっています。何事も適当な管理の店なんでしょうね。
レストランも見た目だけでは一見さん、リピーターはつかないでしょう。

最低の店です。
行ってはいけません。
店員の態度は最低。やる気なし。
店は臭い。清潔度ゼロ。
臭いので、代わらせてくれと言っら、謝りもせず疑いの態度。
似たようなビザの違いを尋ねたら
「素材が違います。ちーずがちがいます。」
馬鹿野郎、それはメニュー読めばわかるんだよ！
怒鳴って出ました。
みなさん行くと損です。

Shop smell. Clean zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。ビーフシチュー（780円）を注文しましたが、まず量が少ない（皿がすごく小さい、せめて大きくして高級感出した方がよいのでは）、ライスがカピカピ。店員も担当のテーブルが決まってないのか対応ぐだぐだ。最初にメニューを見た時点で写真が雑でボケていたりと嫌な予感はしましたが、店として最低限（料理のクオリティ、接客、教育）が出来ていません。二度とこないし、人にも勧められないお店です。

We ordered beef stew (780 yen), but the amount is small at first (if the plate is very small, it is better to make it bigger and at the same time give it a sense of luxury), rice is cappapi. The store clerk also responds well if the table in charge is not decided. When I first saw the menu, I had a bad feeling that the photos were messy and blurred, but the store was minimal (food quality, customer service, education). It is a shop that will not come again and is not recommended to people.

女性のスタッフの方の態度がとても冷たかった。ケーキを出された時もポンとお皿をテーブルに置かれただけ。「お写真撮りますか？」もなし。ケーキに関しては写真とイメージが全然違くて、デコレーションも雑だった。
お祝いの席であのスタッフの対応はとても最悪で残念な誕生日にさせてしまったなと、、選んだことを後悔するほどでした。
料理は美味しいですが...もう利用しないと思います。本当に本当に、残念です。

The staff at the festive seat was so bad that it was a disappointing birthday and I regretted my choice.
The food is delicious but I don't think I will use it anymore. Really really sorry.

団体で予約して2時間制ということは聞いていましたが、終わる10分前から、時間になりました。次のご予約が…と出て行くまで何度もしつこくいわれました。
過ぎても退席しなかったならまだしも、凄く不愉快でした。
しかも、飲み放題の最初のドリンクは10分くらいは待ってたと思います。
コースの値段の割には、お料理のボリュームも微妙だったし、お肉は硬過ぎるわ、ピザは冷凍よりまずいわ、フライドポテトから土の味がしたので、ケチャップを頼もうとしたら、別料金でした。
2度と行きません。

イタリアンとはいっても気軽に入れる店で、おっさんだけでも違和感はありません。
料理も美味しかったです。
