★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼の時間帯のランチバイキングがかなりおすすめ。300円代で温かいお味噌汁とご飯が食べられます。お昼過ぎたらあまり選べるおかずが残ってません。
 I really recommend lunch buffet at lunch time. You can eat hot miso soup and rice for 300 yen. There aren't many leftovers left after lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スペースはさほど広くないのですが、他のスーパーでは見かけない食材があったりするので侮れません。たしか成城石井にしか置いていないようなものもありました。生鮮食品の鮮度は良い方だと思います。
The space is not very large, but you can't despise because there are ingredients that you can't find in other supermarkets. Certainly, there were things that were only placed in Seijo Ishii. I think the freshness of fresh food is good.

コンビニよりか安い。大抵の物は揃う。
信号の側なので、時間帯によっては出入りしにくいかも! 地元の方は、裏口から出入りしている。
