作業環境は劣悪。うるさいし、締め切ってるから、鉄粉やホコリが、舞う中での作業。必要最低限、体を守る保護具など支給されるべきなのに、支給される物は、ヘルメット、作業服のみ。
安全環境に関しては、色々と言うてるけど、嘘です。
摘発されることを望む。人間関係は、配属される班による。自分が振り分けられた班は、最悪。
(休憩時間もちゃんと貰えない。)
作業形態は交替勤務で、昼勤務が一番マシ。夜はお偉いさん居ないから、掛けマージャンや花札やらされる。(無理やり参加させて、結局そういうのが原因で辞めていくのでしょう。)※イカサマだけどね。会社も知ってるけど、ビビってるから見て見ぬフリ。
従業員用の駐車場が狭い。停めれない時も多々ある。
求人情報誌や求人は、ずっと出てる。
 To be clear, the salary is good, but the rest is dung.
The working environment is poor. It's noisy and it's deadline, so work is done while iron powder and dust are dancing. Although only the minimum necessary protective equipment to protect the body should be provided, the only items provided are helmets and work clothes.
As for the safety environment, I'm saying a lot, but it's a lie.
Hope to be caught. Human relations depend on the team to which they are assigned. The group to which I was assigned is the worst.

The work style is shift work, and day work is the best. At night, there aren't any great people, so I'm hung up for hanging mahjong and Hanafuda. (I will force them to participate and eventually quit because of that.) *It's cheating. I know the company, but I'm so scared that I can't see it.
The parking lot for employees is small. There are many times when I cannot stop.
Job information magazines and jobs are available all the time.
