店頭だと、福山の期限短い限定のチケットがおいてあってよく利用してました。
最近は、県外全然行けてないけど。地下の改札近くて便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は駅地下「三番街」。その歴史は一番街よりも古く、岡山駅を挟んで西と東を結ぶ唯一の地下街でした。しかし当時は厳密には地下街ではなく、地上の現・成通ビル（旧・岡山会館）の中の通路扱いのため、一時ビル所有権が変わる時には休業。現在は「PESCA岡山」として生まれ変わり営業。人も疎らで空き店舗が多く活気に欠けてますが、また三番街繁盛期の頃のように戻って欲しいですね。ただ公衆でなく有料トイレ（1回100円）というのを再考を願いたいです。
Originally, it's "Sanbangai" in the basement of the station. Its history is older than Ichiban-gai, and it was the only underground shopping area connecting the west and east across Okayama Station. However, at that time, strictly speaking, it was not an underground mall, but because it was treated as a passage in the current Narutsu Building (formerly Okayama Kaikan) on the ground, it was temporarily closed when the ownership of the building changed. Currently reborn as "PESCA Okayama" and is now in business. People are sparse and there are a lot of vacant stores, so it's lacking in vitality, but I would like you to come back again like during the prosperous period of Third Avenue. However, I would like to reconsider the paid toilet (100 yen per time), not the public.
