o	osamu camper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイワハウス系列の大和リースが手掛けるショッピングモールです。北長瀬駅に隣接しており、日常駅を利用される方をメインカスタマーターゲットにしている印象です。そのためブランドブティックが中心というよりは、100均からドラッグストア、スーパーなど日常生活に身近な業態がメインで入っています。駐車場も広く、平面と立体があり、それぞれ無料対象時間が異なります。立体が少し離れてはいますが、それほど遠い印象はありませんでした。昔はここはJRの操車場でかつてのチボリ公園が建設される予定でしたが、途中計画が変更になり（岡山市への誘致には住民による推進側と反対側との対立が色々あったようです。なおチボリ公園はその後倉敷に出来ましたが2008年に閉園）、その後は有効な土地活用が停滞してました。その後少しづつですが近くに岡山ドームが出来たり、たまに大きなイベント会場になったり、木下大サーカスの会場になったりとワンタイムでの利用は時々ありました。ここ10年ぐらいでようやく近隣住民に配慮された施設が出来始めた印象です。まだまだスペースがありますので、今後の土地開発に期待したいですね。特にこのあたりの地域は岡山県外からの移住者や転勤族が多いところですので、ここの開発次第で岡山のイメージも変わってくるかと思います。ちなみに当方は岡山東側の住民ですが。。 It is a shopping mall operated by Daiwa Lease, which is affiliated with Daiwa House.
