★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまで大手のフィットネスジムや、ホットヨガスタジオを渡り歩いた結果、アオレンガさんのパーソナルフィットネスにたどり着きました。
皆さんご存知だとは思いますが、大手のフィットネスさんは入会初日は十分な説明があり、充実したトレーニングの時間を過ごす事ができるのですが、その後のサポートに不安と不満もありました。
アオレンガさんでは、パーソナルと言うこともあり、費用はかかるものの、それだけの価値があります。ひとつひとつの動きに対しての意識の仕方や、呼吸の仕方、細やかな指導があり、納得の結果を得ることができています。
わたし自身、太っている訳ではないですが、ボディーラインに自信が持てず、ご相談したところ、トレーニングで解決できるとのお話をいただきました。週2回のレッスンと、食生活の改善で、理想のボディラインに近づいてきています！
ボディラインが変わるだけで、こんなに綺麗に服を着こなせるとは思ってもいませんでした。
トレーナーの方が男性なので、初めましての女性には、心配されるところがあるかも知れませんが、そこは心配無用かと思われます。レッスン中も、笑いあり、厳しさもあり、昔の部活に打ち込んでいたいい時期を思い出させてくれます。
誰にも知られず、綺麗になっていきたいと思うわたしの希望を叶えてくれたアオレンガさんに感謝です！今後ともよろしくお願いします！
 As a result of walking around major fitness gyms and hot yoga studios, I arrived at Aorenga's personal fitness.
As you all know, the major fitness company had enough explanations on the first day of enrollment and was able to spend a fulfilling training time, but there was also anxiety and dissatisfaction with the support after that.
At Aorenga, it's sometimes called personal, and although it costs money, it's worth it. There are ways to be aware of each movement, how to breathe, and detailed guidance, and I am able to obtain convincing results.
I'm not fat myself, but I wasn't confident in my body line, and when I consulted with him, he told me that training could solve the problem. With lessons twice a week and improved eating habits, we are getting closer to our ideal body line!
I never thought that I would be able to dress so beautifully just by changing the body line.
Since the trainer is a man, nice to meet you women may have some concerns, but it seems that there is no need to worry. Even during the lesson, there is laughter and rigor, and it reminds me of a good time when I was devoting myself to old club activities.
I am grateful to Mr. Aorenga for fulfilling my wish to become beautiful without anyone knowing! I look forward to working with you!
