★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻が前々から寄ってみたいラーメン屋さんがあると言うので、立ち寄らせてもらいました。
ラーメン屋さんと言うには、ちょっとモダンな雰囲気の店内でしてお店の方も気さくで、初めて入ってもとてもリラックス出来るお店です。
味噌ラーメン、醤油ラーメンとかあれば食べてみたいですが、夜の営業ではセレクトできるラーメンは1種類だそうです。
この日は塩系のラーメンでした。
私達は前菜感覚で何点か料理を楽しんだ後に、ラーメンをいただきました。
お勧めいただいた樽で仕入れたイタリア？のクラフトビールがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
お昼にはラーメンも何種類かセレクト出来るそうなので行ってみたい。
広島は明日から蔓延防止が出るそうで、しばらく夜の営業が出来なくなるそうです。
ここに限らず、またお会い出来る日を楽しみにしております❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製醤油らーめん全部のせと塩らーめん煮卵トッピングを食べました☺️
まず、煮卵は個人的に半熟を求めてるので固かったです。
らーめんの味はどちらもかなりの薄味！！
健康的な味のラーメンでさっぱり食べられます。
それぞれ麺の太さが違うこだわり！！
美味しかったですが好みじゃなかったかなあ…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と気になるラーメン屋があるとのことで初来店して、塩ラーメンを食べましたが、麺が美味しく、スープは私にはドストライクで、心の中で唸りました?揚げ玉ねぎが良いアクセントをきかしてます。帰ってから息子に話をすると連れて行ってとせがまれ、4日後に家族で再来店。旦那息子は、塩ラーメン全部乗せ、私は今回は醤油ラーメンを頂きましたが、醤油もとても美味しかったです。トッピングのエビワンタンがとても美味しいのでおすすめです✌️食べ終わって息子が『今まで食べた塩ラーメンで1番美味しかった』と満面の笑みだったので連れてきて良かったです。また、家族で来店します?

具のアサリと干しエビに惹かれて塩ラーメンを注文。
香味油に負けて干し海老の味がしない、全体的には美味しいが880円の価値は無い。

ここのラーメンヤバいです。
麺はもちろん、スープ、具材すべて旨い。
普段ラーメンスープを残すことが多いのですが、全部飲み干してしまいました。
全部乗せを注文させて頂いたのですが、それぞれ違うチャーシューが絶品。
丁寧な仕事をしていることがすぐに解ります。
手作りのピクルスも美味しいのでお代わりをしたくなりました。
次回は塩ラーメンを食べにいきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたけど、なかなか行けなかった店。初めてなので醤油ラーメン全部のせにしてみた。
もともとあっさり系の醤油ラーメンが好きなので、とても美味しかった！
絶対また行きたい！
次は塩もいいかな。
今日は週末で限定のyouichi のプリンもあったけど、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかった。
次は全部のせにしないでプリンも食べたい。
スタッフの対応もとても感じ良かった。

見覚えのある顔がチラホラ。エキニシのサニーデービア（2021.11 エキニシ火災で閉店）の系列か！どおりでオシャレだし、コレは期待大☆ 初訪ですが、自分はつけ麺に。ツレは醤油らーめん。まあ、この系列なんで美味いに決まってる！麺のアツ盛りがあるのは非常に助かります。（スープが熱くて、麺が冷たいのがどこで何回食ってもダメなんですよね）丁寧に作られるんで、着丼まで少し時間は掛かりましたが、それはお楽しみタイムというコトでワクワクは弾む。ガパオライスまで頼んで、しっかり完食！ご馳走様でした。と共に大好きだったエキニシ唐揚の復活を待ってます。（2020年のクリスマスはエキニシ唐揚をテイクアウトしましたからね）それから昔馴染みの◯◯ｻﾝもスタッフで居たし、また来たいですね！！

I am waiting for the revival of the fried chicken that I loved with. (Because I took out fried chicken for Christmas 2020) Then, the old-fashioned ◯◯ San was also a staff member, and I want to come again! !!

ラーメンは特製しょうゆラーメン全部のせ、を頂きました。昔ながらの中華そばベースに、最近流行りのお出汁の旨味が効いております。
豚と鶏チャーシュー、半熟卵、自家製メンマと全て丁寧なお仕事がされ、高い次元で融合しており完成度が高かったです。
スープの完成度と比較するとコシ少なめの麺が少し好みが別れそうです。
