m	miki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混雑していますが、店内が広いため比較的短時間に入店出来ます。ラーメンの種類も多く、すべての麺がセットメニューになり、低糖質麺にも変更できます。季節限定メニューも有り飽きないです(o^-')b ! あ	ああああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行くたびに肉そばが大好きで注文してたんですが、今回初めてスープが尋常じゃないくらい薄くてガッカリしました(；；)家族もみんなアレ薄いねって気づいたくらいで、本当にお湯みたいな感じでした。なので揚げニンニクやら野沢菜を入れて何とか味変をして食べましたが、それでもしんどかった。なにか調合を間違えてたようにしか思えません・・(；；)！！それかスープ自体が変わったのでしょうか？これまでたくさん食べてきただけに大好きな肉そばが好きじゃなくなってしまいました。。残念です。でもこれまでの肉そばはスープが濃くて美味しかったので星3です！ Every time I went, I loved meat soba and ordered it, but for the first time I was disappointed that the soup was so thin that it was unusual (;;) I noticed that all the family members were so thin, it was really like hot water. did. ブ	ブラックウィドウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ※2022年2月20日訪問自動車通りといわんばかりに各社ディーラーさんが軒を連ねている国1沿い、東静岡駅に程近い同店。丸源さんは昨今、林修先生が出演されている番組で取り上げられていた事もあり、お客さんいっぱいでしたが、コロナ対策はされていました。お一人様でしたので、案内されたカウンターへ。メニューは多いので悩みどころですが、テレビ番組のトップ10に入ったメニューを選ばない天の邪鬼さで、この日は麻辣担々麺のからあげ餃子セットをオーダーしてみました。セットは画像のとおり。マグマのような赤いスープととうがらし?️に目を奪われましたが、スープの底にいく見えない肉味噌を始めとした具材を楽しめる穴空き蓮華が添えらているだけで、丸源さんは分かっていらっしゃる、と思いました。個人的に大した辛さではなかったです?。機械を用いた最適な茹で加減で提供される麺のかたさは悪くなく、担々麺らしい胡麻の風味、具材のマッチングも専門店顔負けのクオリティでした。そして、お得な熱々のからあげ、具沢山のもっちり餃子はにんにく入りで、ともに箸休めに丁度良い量でした。接客も良く、丸源さんのようなチェーン店なら家族連れでも気持ち良く食べれると思います。また、冷水じゃなく冷たい緑茶ってのも、静岡らしくて好印象でした。 * Visited on February 20, 2022 The store is close to Higashi-Shizuoka Station, along Country 1 where dealers from various companies are lined up on the street of a car.
