s	shingo inoue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文京区千石。メジャーな駅ではないが、レベルの高いお店があり、トレカルムもそんなお店の一つ。千石駅を降りて巣鴨方面に少し進んだ裏道にある。パティスリーというとおり、ケーキや焼き菓子が中心だが、実はパンもズラッと揃っていて、実はこっちがお好みだったりする。今回購入したのは「クロワッサン」と「パン・オ・レザン」。クロワッサンはサクサクの生地が特徴。それほど大きくはないが、満足度が高い一品だ。そしてパン・オ・レザン。こちらはちょっと大人の味。甘さを控えめに、ぶどうの香りがグッと前面に出た味わい。このパン・オ・レザンはかなりおすすめですよ！トレカルムに来たらぜひ。ちなみに、ケーキはモンブランが有名。イートインコーナーもあるので、モンブランを食べて、パン・オ・レザンを買って帰るのが正解かな！ Sengoku, Bunkyo-ku. た	たかモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巣鴨と千石の間くらいにあるケーキ屋さん。普段この辺に行くことあんまりないのですが駒込でランチしていたのでついでに来てみたかったこちらに寄ってみました。めちゃくちゃ住宅街の中に突然ポツンと現れるお店。お店の中は焼き菓子とかパンとかめちゃたくさん並んでる。イートインは本来あるけどいまはやってないみたい残念。でも見る限りでは机一個しかなくてかつ壁際の角のところにあったので1人しか座れないような…？仕方なく買って外で食べました。イチゴのタルトと、ミルフィーユと、イチジクフィズがパリパリなやつにのってるやつ。茗荷谷駅前らへんにある大きめの公園というか施設の中のベンチまでちょっと遠いけどお散歩して食べました。ミルフィーユはバタークリームで思ったよりもしっかりしてるやつ。パイ生地美味しかったからカスタードクリームなら嬉しかったな。イチゴのタルトはタルト生地無難に美味しかったです。ちなみにクロワッサンも美味しいらしいし他のも気になるからまた機会があったら来たい。 A cake shop located between Sugamo and Sengoku.
