注文をきかれた場所が惣菜の場所だったので名前がわからずケーキの方を見ながら注文しようとしたら
「ケーキのご注文ですか？先頭来てください！」とかなりイライラした感じで言われました。
その後もカタカナが多いケーキだったので、イチゴのタルトと、手前のフルーツタルト下さいと注文したのですが「カットケーキですか？どのケーキですか？」と怒鳴るまではいかないですか、終始イライラした言い方でした。
まずカットケーキしか、イチゴのケーキもフルーツタルトも残ってないのにわざわざきかないで下さいよ。
ケーキを取りに行く時も他の店員に陰口してるのも見えてます。
するなと言いませんが、せめて客にわからないようにして欲しいものです。
閉店間際に行ったので早く閉めたいのは、わかりますが仕事としてどうなの？って感じました。
ここのケーキは、美味しくて好きでしたが担当した店員の態度悪すぎです。良い店員さんもいると思いますがあんな接客態度とられたら行く気失せます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスシーズンに行きましたが店員の対応が最悪でした。若い女性店員(苗字はあえて書きません)が高圧的で、人の話にいちいち突っかかってきてウザい。お前に聞いてないですよ。オーダーしたものの、うんざりして買うのをやめたくやりました。レジも遅いしケーキは甘すぎておすすめできません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約したクリスマスケーキをとりに行ったら、ここではない、と言われ、え？イーパークで予約したはずですよ、これが受付番号で支払済です、と伝えたら、ここは当日のケーキ販売のみです！と強く回答されました。困惑してたら、こちらへやってきて、ご案内致します、と言われ、なんてことは無い、数メートル先の特設？場所について行き、ケーキを受け取る事ができました。
最初から正しく説明しない意味がわからない。
12月23日の午前中だったので混んでなくて良かった。
混んでる時にこんな対応されてたら、こちらも感じ悪くなってたと思う。
特設場所の店員さんはきちんとしてました。
