粉	粉川眞理 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きなケーキ屋さんです。　「このはずく」って、フクロウのことみたいです。そのイメージを大切にしているのか？　お店全体を森をイメージされてる感じで、中には、ちょっとお怖いオブジェ（フクロウの凧とか）を置かれています。あれは、森にこだわらず、もっと可愛い雰囲気に作ってもいいのでは？　とも思います。。オブジェが多すぎて、お店が狭くも感じられます。パティシエさんが修行されているみたいで、若いパティシエの方がたくさんいます。　ケーキを作っている工程を店内で見られるので、見ていてそれが楽しいです。コロナ以前は、店頭でチョコレートや木の葉ずくプリンの試食がありましたが、それがなくなってしまって、残念です。木の葉ずくプリンはスポンジにプリンの液をしみこませていて、それが、普通のプリンとは違い、ちょっと大人の味で美味しいです。アップルパイは、大きくて入ってすぐ目を惹きます。そのほかにも、わあぁ、これ食べたい！って思わせる見た目の美味しそうなケーキがたくさんあるので、いつも必要以上に買いすぎてしまいます。焼き菓子も美味しいし、種類も沢山あります。駐車場が以前よりも広くなって、停めやすくなりました。 This is my favorite cake shop.
