ユ	ユーカリママ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の場所も同じで以前の「白金スイーツ」さんが「パティスリー・ピエス」に変わってから初めての来店。コロナの今、マスク着用の上、一人しか入店出来ず、しばらく店の前で待った。入ると直ぐにプッシュ式の消毒液があった。ケーキのガラスケースの他に、棚にあったのは可愛いパッケージの、焼き菓子の数々。プレゼントに最適。ガラスケースの中には季節感のあるショートケーキが並んでいてとても目を引いた。ホールケーキも含め、お値段が高すぎず嬉しい。今回はホールケーキ「シャンティ・フリュイ」を電話予約し、受け取りに行き慎重に持ち帰った。お店の方が『振動でケーキが沈みますので気を付けて』と見送って下さった。確かに、やわらかいスポンジの上にフルーツがこんもりと盛り付けてあり、間のクリームにも苺のスライスが挟み込んである為、沈みそうなボリューム！スポンジがフワッとして、クリームは軽くて甘すぎず、豪華なフルーツと相まってとても美味しい。次回の誕生日会も再注文する予定。 The location of the shop is the same, and this is the first visit since the former "Shirokane Sweets" changed to "Patisserie Pies".
