売り切れだったり、18時の営業終了後だったりでなかなか出会えなかったプリン?
ようやく出会えたプリンはもちろん一本で‼️
王道プリンはプルプルするけど基本硬めの好きな食感✨
卵黄とバニラビーンズの濃厚な味と少し苦味のあるカラメルソースが抜群の相性?
これ、美味しくて一本一人で食べ切れる（笑）
広尾プリンは間違いなくプリン好きにはたまらない王道プリンで絶対また食べたい?

1350円の１本まるごとを購入。周りのアルミの型から外して、丁寧な包装でお持ち帰りです。
個人の好みとしては、もう少し固いと嬉しい感じ。甘さはくどくなく、かと言って甘さが足りない感じでもなく、絶妙です。
家に着いたら、すぐに半分ペロリ。危うく1本まるごとペロリするところでした。
若い店員さんの「お気をつけて」が印象に残りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今夜は"ワインを飲みながらのゆっくり美味しい食事をしたい"というリクエストがあったので、美味しいデザートをイメージしたらこちらの特製プリンが思い浮かびました。ただ、こちらのプリンをまだ買ったことがなく、妄想で言っているのですが(汗)
ということで、妄想を現実にするためこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。前回はプリンが売り切れだったのですが、今回は運良く買うことができました(笑)
赤ワインを飲みながら念願のプリンを。古典的な固めのプリン、そして濃いめのカラメルソースで食べることを想像していたのですが、予想は嬉しい感じで裏切られました。プリンは固過ぎず、味わいが深い感じです。そして、カラメルソースとの相性も抜群です。
グーテ・ド・ママンとは違う路線のプリンで、とても気に入りました。そして、赤ワインととてもマッチしたプリンでした(^o^;)
