H	H T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生だった頃、バイト先の2階にあったパンコントマテをひばりヶ丘で発見。チェーン店だったのですね。西武池袋線のひばりヶ丘北口に在所。北口は再開発でロータリーなんぞ出来たが、大規模ではない為、かろうじて残った感じで界隈は昔の面影を色濃く残す。歩いて1、2分で着きます。純喫茶風の佇まい。店舗内は決して広くはなく、テーブル4人席が2つ程度、カウンター席が3〜4席。ケチャップ系からホワイトソース、和風炒め系と幅広くラインナップ。例えばミートソースの基本形になすなど自由にトッピングできる感じで自分好みアレンジできる点が中々おつ。トッピングの組み合わせが多く悩んでしまう。今回は学生時代は食べた事のないタラコにツナおろしをトッピングしてみた。嫁はミートソースにナストッピング。麺は太麺もちもちは変わらず、タラコがふんだんに絡まり水菜、海苔のハーモニーが美味しい。トッピングしたツナおろしというと、おろしは当然温かくはない為、ちょっと失敗。和風炒め系パスタにツナ絡められたら最高なんだけどな。ランチは飲み物にパン、サラダ、デザートから2品チョイスできる所が嬉しい。自分はサラダと食後のアイスコーヒー、嫁はホットコーヒーとデザートをチョイス。子供を連れていたのでデザートのバンナコッタのカラメルソースが苦いかもと有無を聞いてくれるなど気遣いは◎。タラコ美味しかったけど、学生時代ほどの感動はなかったかな。今度は学生時代に食べた和風炒め系パスタに再挑戦してみよう!
