汐	汐御桜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブーランジェリーと名前が付きそうなラインナップ、系統の高級パン屋。パンの出来は悪くないが、素材が大人しく、味と香りが見た目に負けていると感じた。特に、クロワッサンなんかは一見バターの風味が強そうだが、食べてみるとそうでもない。色々なパン屋を食べ歩いているが、美味しいパンは購入して「持ち帰る間」に美味しいか美味しくないかが大体分かる。本当に美味しいパンを購入した後は、必ず小麦や発酵バターを焼成した芳醇な香りが車内に充満するが、ここのパンは袋に近づいて漸く小麦の香りが仄かに香る程度。決して不味くはないが、個人的に見た目は値段相応、味と香りは不相応だと感じた。もう少し香りが引き立つ製法、素材をチョイスした方がトータルバランスが良いのではないだろうか。業種は違うが、食材を扱う者としての素直な感想である。 A high-class bakery with a lineup that seems to be named boulangerie. It's not bad at all, but I personally felt that the appearance was good for the price and the taste and aroma were bad. I think the total balance is better if you choose a manufacturing method and materials that bring out the fragrance a little more. Although the type of business is different, it is a straightforward impression as a person who handles ingredients.
ぶ	ぶぶぶん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段と味が妥当です。スーパーや普通の町のパン屋よりは少しだけ高いかもしれませんが、こういった系統のパン屋では普通もしくは少しだけ安いです。フランスパンのあんバターパン美味しかった。バターは無塩バターですが、バターに甘みはなかったです。でもパンの内側に有塩バターを塗っていたのでしょうか？食べると所々で甘じょっぱさを感じました。餡子とバターのバランスも良かったです。少しだけ残念なのは全体に有塩バターを塗って欲しかった(バターだったかは本当のところは分からないのでバターとしておきます)。あと黒いカレーパンも美味しかったですよ。上尾のパン屋でカレーパンを売りにしているとこよりこっちの方が私は好みでした。 The price and taste are reasonable.
