★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県道１２８号熊谷羽生線を市内から羽生方面に向かい、ヤオコー行田藤原町店を通りすぎてセブンイレブン行田藤原町２丁目店を通りすぎて直後の埼玉トヨタ自動車技術研修センターのT字路の信号?を南に向かい、ラーメン??ピリカさんはパン工房５１０さんが目印になります。向かい側を入ったアパートの１階部分お目当ての「パソコン工房５１０さん」になります。地元で一番美味しい味噌ラーメン??のお店です。自宅の近所に某チェ－ン店がありますが、そちらはやめて無性に食べたくなる美味しさです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 画像は味噌ラーメン。ユニークな店名だし、メニューの一番上にあったので期待したのだが、特に特長の無い味噌ラーメンでした。個人的な好みですがスープが薄すぎ。麺も柔らかすぎ。スープだけは並々と注がれており、配膳するおばちゃんも大変そう。レンゲを抜くときにこぼしました。

What do you recommend when you come for the first time? When I asked the clerk's grandma, I recommend Pirikaramen or Miso! I wanted to eat it so I ordered miso char siu noodles. Something was nostalgic and gentle taste ♫ It was very delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の目的地であるラーメン屋が休業だったので、ピリカを思いだし入ってみました。カウンター席へ通され味噌バターチャーシューを注文。カウンターの椅子はちょっと高めで、足が下に付かず、その代わり足下にバーが有ったのでそこに足を置けました。ただ、座った後に椅子の位置がずらしずらかったです。５、６分で到着。驚いたのは、チャーシューが中の具が見えないほどどんぶりの回りをぐるっと一回りしていました。麺はちぢれ麺、スープは昔ながらの味噌の味がしました。それにバターが溶けて、味がマイルドになって旨かったです。チャーシューは薄めで柔らかくて、それなりに歯応えがあり最高でした。ご馳走さまでした。

The chair at the counter was a little high and I couldn't put my feet underneath, but instead there was a bar under my feet so I could put my feet there. However, the position of the chair was difficult to shift after sitting. Arrived in 5 or 6 minutes. To my surprise, the char siu went around the bowl so that I couldn't see the ingredients inside. The noodles tasted like small noodles, and the soup tasted like traditional miso. It was delicious that the butter melted and the taste became mild. The char siu was thin and soft, and it was chewy and awesome. It was a feast.

なんと言っても味噌ラーメン！
味噌ラーメンにはもやしたっぷり、めんま、わかめがトッピングされてます。
あと肉味噌？が乗ってますが、写真撮る前に沈んでしまいましたwこれが美味しい！
チャーシューは乗ってないので、チャーシューも食べたい人は追加するか、ひとつだけ味噌チャーシューにして家族とチャーシューを分け合うとちょうどいいかもです。
餃子も皮がもちもち、肉汁たっぷりで美味しいです！
