 Sakae horse mackerel fried and rice are really delicious. Sanjo-based backfat ramen is also delicious.

新潟下越のグルメはだいたい食べれます。
駐車場は黒崎より広くはない。
トイレはキレイです。
The food court is substantial.
You can usually eat the gourmet food in Kaetsu, Niigata.
The parking lot is not as large as Kurosaki.
The toilet is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PAですが小さめながらも売店やフードコートがあるのが嬉しいです。高速のSA・PAではよく蕎麦を食べるのですがここの蕎麦メニューはかけ蕎麦か、かき揚げ入りの蕎麦しかなかったので、山菜そばとか月見蕎麦などのメニューもあったら嬉しいです。
Although it is a PA, I am happy that there are shops and a food court even though it is small. I often eat soba at high-speed SA / PA, but the soba menu here was only kake soba or soba with kakiage, so I'd be happy if there were menus such as edible wild plants and Tsukimi soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下りの方のＰAで三条定食(税込870円)を頂きました。大きめの鳥の骨付きモモ肉の唐揚げで、味は普通に美味しいですが、冷静に考えると唐揚げ定食の方が良かったように思いました。食べにくい、提供時間が長い、見た目は派手のわりに肉の量がそれほど多くもないなどの理由です。先端にアルミホイルは巻いてありますが、間違いなく指は油で汚れます。
別の日に背脂ラーメンとミニタレカツ丼のセットも頂きました。それなりに美味しかったですが、油の量や玉ねぎの量は変更出来ないようです。
I had a Sanjo set meal (870 yen including tax) at the PA on the way down. It is a large fried chicken boned thigh meat, and the taste is usually delicious, but when I think calmly, I thought that the fried chicken set meal was better. The reason is that it is difficult to eat, the serving time is long, and the amount of meat is not so large for its flashy appearance. Aluminum foil is wrapped around the tip, but your fingers will definitely get dirty with oil.
On another day, I also got a set of backfat ramen and mini-tare cutlet bowl. It was delicious as it was, but it seems that the amount of oil and the amount of onions cannot be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂ラーメン。これからの寒くなってきたら、暖まるのにはちょうど良いですよね。燕、三条の金物技術で造られたメタル丼で食べるラーメンは美味しかったです。
Backfat ramen. It's just right to warm up when it gets colder in the future. The ramen eaten in the metal bowl made with Tsubame and Sanjo hardware technology was delicious.

アジフライ定食✋
ボリューミーな肉厚サクサクとした歯応え思ったよりクサ〜い風味も無くうまい！
甘めの特製ソースのみで味わうしかなかったが
タルタルソースだと旨味倍増間違い無し(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
マヨネーズ等無くちょっと物足りない。(ㆀ˘･з･˘)
定食のみご飯多め可能ですよん^ ^?
