和	和服 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が気になって訪問新潟の山奥にあった古民家を移築したそうです。移築後に彫刻を展示するに当たって、作品を別の角度から眺めた印象などのために吹き抜けにしたり色々改装したとのことですステンドグラスや屋根が洋館っぽさを醸し出していて、彫刻家の目線で改装されたなんとも素敵な建物でした展示については2階は世界各国の木彫り人形、1階と3階は作品やコレクションなどがありました。木彫りについては詳しくないのですが、違いを探したり色々な角度から眺めなりして楽しめました Visit with care about the building It seems that the old private house that was in the mountains of Niigata has been relocated. -	- mu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から農民美術に興味があり、偶然美術館があることを知ったので訪れました。訪れた時に他にお客さんはいなかったので、館長さん(作家の方)に丁寧に説明していただけました。新潟の古民家を移築した三階建ての建物で少し洋風に建て替えていて、とても素敵でした(ステンドグラスから差し込む光が綺麗！)。中はご自身やお父様の木彫作品、古い農民美術の作品、そして世界中で収集された木彫りの人形たちが沢山！沢山！！！展示されていて圧倒されます。世界の木彫りの人形は国ごとに展示してあり、一つ一つ見ていくとその国の特徴が現れていて、とても興味深くずっと見ていられました。農民美術に興味がある方、人形が好きな方などなど…一度訪れてみてください。 (最後に、同じ上田市内の見晴らしのよい場所にも古民家を移築されていて、そちらでは息子さんがカフェ？&ギャラリーをされているらしいので、今度訪れてみたいと思います。) Interested in farmers art from a few years ago, I visited since learned that by chance there is a museum.
