 You can fish for free here, and if you have any questions about fishing, you will be kindly taught. I think it is perfect for beginners who want to start fishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大河、千曲川に架かる小牧橋のふもとの緑地一帯。
他県の人間ですが、小牧橋の耐震補強工事でこちらに来ています。千曲川、正に大河ですね。もっと上流を見てみたいですね。
こちらは緑豊かな公園で、市民の憩いの場所になっている様子。
釣りとかリクリエーションスポーツとか出来て楽しそう。
良識をもって利用したいですね。
The green area at the foot of the Komaki Bridge over the Taiga and Chikuma Rivers.
I'm a human from another prefecture, but I'm here because of the seismic reinforcement work for Komaki Bridge. Chikuma River, it ’s a great river. I want to see more upstream.
This is a green park, which is a place for citizens to relax.
It seems to be fun to do fishing or recreational sports.
I want to use it with good sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上田市にある緑地公園。ゲートボール場。トイレは簡易トイレ。トイレットペーパーありです。水道もあります。駐車場はこれでもかと言うくらい広く、しかし砂塵が巻き上がるのですこしホコリっぽくなりがち。川にも降りることが出来るが安全のためあまり降りない方がいいかもしれない。
Ryokuchi Park in Ueda City. Gateball field. The toilet is a simple toilet. There is toilet paper. There is also a water supply. The parking lot is still large, but it tends to be a little dusty because of the dust. You can get off the river, but for safety it may be better not to get off too much.

Cigarette butts were thrown away. After the bonfire, the remains of fireworks, etc. Feeling disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は橋の下に駐車するようになっていました。河川敷を利用するからというのは仕方がないにしてもとにかく埃っぽい上に、でこぼこしていました。公衆トイレがありますが、バイオトイレだそうでとにかく汚いです。
The parking lot was supposed to be parked under the bridge. It was unavoidable to use the riverbed, but it was dusty and bumpy. There is a public toilet, but it seems to be a bio toilet and it is dirty anyway.
