o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さて、新潟の夜はがっつりと焼き肉を食べようと近くにあった任期のお店を予約。お店の名前はスタミナ苑。東京にも人気の同名のお店があるけど関係は無さそうです。店の前が駐車場になっているので止めて訪問。店内はテーブルとカウンター、隣の建屋も使っているようでかなり広いようでした。私たちはカウンターに案内されて注文します。ライスを頼みつつ、和牛特上タン塩。ゴマがパラっとふられているけど塩の味付けは個別にするのかな。かなりの厚みがあってなかなかいい感じのタンです。それほど歯を立てなくてもかみ切れる柔らかさでした。牛タン塩。食べ比べをしてみようとこちらも注文。特上に比べるとやや歯ごたえがあるかな。それでも十分な厚みでこれはこれでうまいです。特上ミノ、和牛ホホ肉、ジンギスカンそれぞれ1人前で注文しました。ジンギスカンって珍しいなと思って頼んだけどそれほど臭みもなくて赤身でうまい。ホホ肉はカットの仕方なのかちょい堅かったな。和牛特上ハラミ。かなりカットの仕方も雑な感じで脂っぽさが非常にあります。。色合いもそれほど綺麗ではないしこれは頼まなくてもよかったかも。冷麺。ハラミでかなり脂っこい口になったのでさっぱりしたいとこちらも注文。あっさり目の味付けでしたが、こちらの肉もハラミなのか脂っぽかったです。周りの客を見ているとラーメンを一緒に頼んでる率が高かったです。焼き肉とラーメンという組み合わせも気になるお店でした。 By the way, at night in Niigata, I tried to eat yakiniku firmly Book a nearby fixed-term shop.
