★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店に入ってコロナ対策をしっかりやっているなと思いました。
メニューを見ると割安感を感じる。
ところが他の方も書いていましたが調理が遅い。私たちの他に家族連れがいましたが料理は提供済み、すぐに私たちのに取り掛かれたはず。
注文したものはラーメン２個と餃子１０入り１皿。面倒な料理ではないしかし遅い。まあ～私たちより遅く来た客へ先に料理を提供してましたがね。
餃子が来ました、ニンニクが強烈に聞いていそうな感じですがちょっと味が物足りない。
ラーメンはチャーシューが立派なだけでした。

However, as others wrote, cooking is slow. We had a family besides us, but the food was served and we should have started working on it right away.
I ordered 2 ramen and 1 dish with 10 dumplings. Not a hassle but slow. Well, I was serving food to customers who came later than us.
Dumplings have arrived, it seems that garlic is listening intensely, but the taste is a little unsatisfactory.
The ramen was just good char siu.

実は３８年前にここの先代の店主と「静岡市で一番うまい」と評判だったラーメン屋に行ってみた。
先代が「鰹節ベースでダシを取ってる」とポツリ。
レシピが解るのかなぁ？
と思ったものだが、翌年あんとを開店したらそっくり同じ味！！
当時１杯１２００円もするのと同じ味を、４００円で実現させてしまった犬並みの嗅覚を持つ先代。
犬並みが失礼なら天才と言わせて頂こう。
評判が評判を呼び行列の出来る人気店に♪
その後スープは東京の行列の出来る店風にアレンジされて現在に至る。
現在先代は隠居と言うか病気療養中で、気立ての良い２代目が継いでます。
が！！
以前からおいしかった野菜炒めが、更においしくなってしまった！！
オイスターソースに若干のトロ味と塩気がプラスされて、絶品の領域に♪♪♪
先代に負けず劣らずの2代目に「あっぱれ！！」と★★★★★を進呈したいけれど、
餃子がニンニクと言うより生姜っぽさが強すぎて減点★★★★☆
追記、
最近のお気に入りは「豆板醤ラーメンの味噌味」辛さ70％がおすすめです。

Stir-fried vegetables, which had been delicious for a long time, have become even more delicious! !!
A little toro taste and saltiness are added to the oyster sauce, making it an exquisite area ♪♪♪
I want to present ★★★★★ to the second generation, which is as good as the previous generation, saying "Appreciate !!"
Ginger-like dumplings are too strong to be called garlic, so deductions ★★★★ ☆

ボリューム満点です。
素ラーメンが美味しかったです。
出汁はあまり感じなかったです。

The volume is perfect.
The raw ramen was delicious.
