光	光央 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉の古墳(宮塚古墳)から一気にこの古墳まで飛んで来ました？勿論航空ではなく毎回登場の我らが愛車のヒカル号。日産プレジデント(５M数十CM)の巨大な車体と４.５LのV８のフィーンというV８Sound を奏でながら?それはそうと駐車場?️は後であったのは分かったけど最初は気づかす裏口の近くの店舗の駐車スペースを借りて行きました。スマホ検索で見た様にこの古墳の特徴でもある厳つい柵の様な石室入口が正面階段を上がると見えました。それと検索画面で見た公園遊具？滑り台とかあって昼間なら親子連れの良い憩いの広場といった感じでした。公園なのでついでにちょっと入って見たけど、トイレ?もあった。ちょっと電気がなかったのは難点かもね。相変わらずのまた2夜間訪問。正面に大好きな不二家がー。昼間なら100％入ってたよー。このコロナ禍で閉店時間が早いから。行った時は夜中の１時３０分位だったからどっちみち厳しいかも。でもスマホ検索で見たあの印象的な厳つい柵の古墳・格好良かったー。動画とか検索で見たものが実際に目の前にあるのは毎回ながら感動的でした。 Did you fly from the Saitama tumulus (Miyazuka tumulus) to this tumulus at once? ロ	ロン・オッター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通量の多い交差点の角地、そんな一等地に存在します。地価高くないかな？前橋市指定史跡の前方後円墳です。上空写真を見ると、前方部が小さめの頭でっかちすが、どうやら前方部（スカートの部分）が削り取られていたようです。特徴は、盛土した墳丘基礎の上を小さめの川原石を敷き、更にその上に一人で持ち上げるのがやっと位の大きめの石を敷き詰めています。ここが利根川の河原のすぐ側だったため、石の選定や輸送に手間がかからなかったからこそ可能だったのでは、と考えられます。 It exists in such a prime location at the corner of a busy intersection.
