翌日、赤帽さんから見積り額のメールが届いたものの、見積り額が希望に合わなかったためこちらの条件を緩和して、再見積りを依頼するメールを赤帽さんに送りました。ですが、２週間近く待っても、何の音沙汰もありませんでした。
結局、あきらめて他の赤帽さんに見積りしました。私の名前や電話番号などの個人情報が搾取されたかたちになり、非常に腹立たしいです。
できないならできないで断ってくれさえすればいいのに、無視するのは控えて頂きたいものです。
今回の件で、赤帽さんにも良い悪いがあることがよくわかりました。
 In September 2018, we made an estimate for moving from Awaji Island to Kobe City from our website.
The next day, I received an e-mail from Mr. Akabou about the estimated amount, but because the estimated amount did not meet my wishes, I relaxed this condition and sent an e-mail requesting a re-estimate to Mr. Akabou. However, even after waiting for almost two weeks, there was no sound.
After all, I gave up and quoted to another Akabou. Personal information such as my name and phone number has been exploited, which is very annoying.
If you can't do it, you can't do it and just decline it, but please refrain from ignoring it.
In this case, I understood well that Mr. Akabou also has good and bad things.
