出来上がった麺玉を、ひと玉ずつ手もみして熟成させている。開店当初から人気のタンメンは、野菜がてんこ盛り！味噌チャーシューが好きで、１０年来通っています。
 We make homemade ramen dough every day.
The finished noodles are aged by hand, one by one. Tanmen, which has been popular since the store opened, is full of vegetables! I like miso char siu and have been going there for 10 years.

クチコミ確認で味噌タンメンを頂きました。
感想は薄味、旨味が無い、自家製麺と合わないと感じた。
ボリュームはあるので、満腹感だけを味わいたいなら有りかも。

餃子も餡がしっとりで家庭的な美味しさです。

野菜の旨味がたっぷり出ています。
駐車場も広くて停めやすい。
I personally recommend Tanmen.

店内はお客様でいっぱいでした。
あっさりとした透明なスープ、餃子も美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ にんにくラーメンとにんにくチャーハンを初めて食べに行きました。にんにくラーメンは具は少な目でにんにくは大量に入っており、味も美味しかったです。にんにくチャーハンは、温かいうちはにんにくが効いていてとても美味しかったのですが、冷めると油がキツく感じられました。にんにくラーメンはまた食べに行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「シンプルが１番」という方にお勧めです。店内は座敷、テーブル席、カウンター席があり座敷も広くお子さま連れにもゆっくり食べられるお店です。
塩ラーメンを注文しました。
ボリュームあり美味しく食べました。
他にも沢山のメニューがあり迷うかもしれません。個人的には唐揚げ定食も食べてみたいと思いました。
駐車場も広く出入りしやすいです。
