★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古マンション購入に伴う入居前リフォームで入居まで1週間しかない中、全室クロス貼替え、畳表替え、ハウスクリーニングと全てプロの技で仕上げて貰いました。料金も急ぎ対応で上乗せされるのではと懸念していましたがそんな事も無く相場通り、しかもリフォーム全般ワンストップ対応でまとめて依頼出来たので、業者を個別に探して手配する手間も省けて非常に助かりました。
元々は（ホント急いでたので）Google評価点を頼りに声掛けただけでしたが、お願いしてホント良かったです。
ちなみに入居半月後のリフォーム(給湯器、トイレ、トイレ床張替、キッチン蛇口)も依頼。その際CMやっている大手でも相見積取りました。見積金額はほぼ一緒でしたが、明細見ると単体毎の工賃は結構差が…トイレ床張替えに至っては1万円も安い！ 端的に言えば工賃が安くてモノが良い！
ウォッシュレットは家電量販店で買えるリテール品も選べるとの事で、最終的にはTOTOのそこそこ良い本体&リテールウォシュレットで施工して貰いました（普通の工務店ではこう言う選び方出来ない）。長く使うモノなので本体の選択に余裕が出るのは有り難かったです。
We had only one week to move in due to the remodeling before moving in due to the purchase of a second-hand condominium, but all the rooms were finished with professional skills such as cloth replacement, tatami mat replacement, and house cleaning. I was worried that the fee would be added in a hurry, but there was no such thing, and I was able to request all the remodeling in a one-stop manner, so I could save the trouble of individually searching for a contractor and arranging it. It was very helpful.
Originally (because I was really in a hurry), I just called out by relying on the Google evaluation score, but it was really good to ask.
By the way, I also requested remodeling (water heater, toilet, toilet floor replacement, kitchen faucet) half a month after moving in. At that time, even a major company doing commercials made a quotation. The estimated amount was almost the same, but looking at the details, the wages for each unit are quite different ... It's 10,000 yen cheaper to replace the toilet floor! In short, the wages are cheap and the goods are good!
As for the washlet, you can also choose retail products that you can buy at home electronics mass retailers, and in the end, I had TOTO install it with a reasonably good body and retail washlet (you can't choose this at an ordinary construction shop). It's a product that will be used for a long time, so I'm grateful that I can afford to select the main unit.
