味は変わっていなかった。
素晴らしい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子の紹介で初めて訪れました。注文を受けてから揚げるので出来立てを必ず食べることができます。店主はお話し好きでとても人柄も良さそうですが少しながばなしになる可能性もあります。味は初めて食べる味で衝撃を受ける程美味しく衣がたまらないです。値段も安く手頃ですが、ご飯のおかずって感じではないかもです。駐車場もありますし車で来るのも大丈夫で、駅からも近いので利便性はあります。とてもオススメな唐揚げ屋さんです。

店内はさらに香ばしいかおり。
色々唐揚げ食べてきましたが、独特の衣とシンプルな味付け。
とりあえずニンニク効かせれば美味いみたいな物とは正反対を行く、毎週食べたくなる唐揚げ！
こういう店は地域に一つは欲しい。
話出したら止まらない店主もツボです。笑
身体に気を付けて長く続けて欲しいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は下里にあるトリショウに伺っておりましたが、閉店してしまったので本店である鳥章商店を訪問しました。駐車場は店舗前に2台分あります。
店主は話好きで、小川町の昔話しを色々と教えてくれました。また店内には昔の写真や名刺など、色々と飾ってありました。
唐揚げですが、一口サイズ(税込330円)、もも骨付き(370円)、ムネ骨付き(370円)があります。
揚げたては衣がカリッと、そして鶏肉は、もも、ムネ、一口どれも柔らかいです。時間が経つと鶏肉がパサパサになるので早めに召し上がる方が良いでしょう。この唐揚げ(もも、ムネ)は衣にある油の風味に塩の混ざった味が何とも絶品で、先に衣だけ食べてしまうと鶏肉の味が薄いため後悔することになります。衣と鶏肉を一緒に食べた方が良いと思います。
最後に店主はおじいさんですが、あと10年〜15年は、お店頑張ると張り切っていました。この唐揚げが無くなるのは寂しいので、末永く続けられるよう、お身体に気をつけて頑張って欲しいです。

Lastly, the owner is an old man, but for another 10 to 15 years, he was enthusiastic about doing his best. It is lonely that this fried chicken disappears, so please take care of yourself and do your best so that you can continue for a long time.
