良いことだけではなく、悪いこともズバズバ答えてくれますので冷たく感じる方もおられるかもしれませんが、本当に顧客の為を思ってのアドバイスでした。
良いことばかり並べて買わそうとする不動産屋さんより、安心できますし、プロだと感じました。
事務所は清潔感もあり、スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で良かったです。
一生に一度の買い物、非常に満足いく形となりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い社長です。こちらの要望に対してレスポンスが早くて、どんどん要望に沿った物件を見せてくれました。接客は堅苦しくなく、かといって馴れ馴れしいわけでなく、私にはちょうどいい楽しい内覧になりました。人懐っこい社長です。
内覧中も立地や物件の状態など、なぜこの場所でこの値段なのかをメリットデメリット含めて話してくれて納得出来ました。
仲間が家探ししてたら紹介したい会社です。
