★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の校区で引っ越しをする時にお世話になりました。今まで色々な不動産屋さんで仲介してもらいましたが、不透明な項目での課金があったり、仲介してもらった物件の家賃が途中で上がったりとトラブルがつきものでした。
そのあたりの不安に関してもしっかり説明して頂き、「契約書上こうだから、大丈夫。」との一言で安心して任せることができました。
ある程度、物件はしぼっていましたが、中を見に行って、こちらで即決させて頂きました。
丁寧で親身になって対応して頂きました。仕事も早く鍵の引き渡しまでも非常にスムーズでした。家内も非常に満足していました。

I was polite and kind and corresponded. Work was also very smooth up to the delivery of the key quickly. My wife was very satisfied.
