★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋を探しに行ったのですが3DKか3LDKの資料をくださいと言ったらまず働いてますか？聞かれました。働いてませんと答えたら3DKなどありませんと言われました。外のパンフレットの事を聞いたら家賃が高いから無理ですねと言われました。最初に働いてますか？聞かれた時に貸す気ないんやなぁ思いました。2度と頼らないし知り合いも物件探してますがココはやめた方いいと伝えました。知り合いも酷いわ言ってました

気をつかいすぎず気さくな感じで話しやすかった。
あいさつや笑顔の第1印象からよかった。
物件以外にも部屋のレイアウトや、関係ないような事まで嫌な顔せず長時間になったのにも関わらず相談にのっていただいてとても良かった。
内覧に行ったときに他の不動産屋ではなかった、毎回スリッパをだしてくれたのも良かった。
またお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋探しをどういう風に進めていけばいいか不安だったんですが、親身にいろいろ提案していただけて助かりました。内見も一日で多数というタイトなスケジュールにも付き合っていただけてありがたかったです。担当の人が話しやすい人で楽しく内見でき、最終的に納得できる部屋を見つける事ができました。

最初の連絡から契約までの間、こちらの都合でスケジュールがいつもギリギリになってしまいご迷惑をかけっぱなしでしたが、一つ一つ丁寧に対応していただいたおかげで、本当に気持ちのいい引っ越し当日を迎える事ができました。
担当圏内でまた引っ越し等をする予定があれば、是非次回も相談に行かせていただこうと思いました。
今度は余裕持って行きますw

水道の手続きに必要な、新居のお客様番号を担当の方に見てきてもらえるか頼んだところ、快く承諾していただき本当に助かりました。
