魚介つけ麺の味は濃すぎず良い感じ。
濃い味が欲しい方は辛つけ麺とかが良いかも？
 A simple and delicious Tsukemen restaurant.
The taste of fish and shellfish tsukemen is not too strong and feels good.
For those who want a strong taste, spicy tsukemen may be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺が量違っても同一料金なので、つい多いの頼みそうになりますが、太麺で並でもボリュームがあります。
忙しいのか、なかなかオーダー取ってもらえるのに時間がかかりました。スープは温かいけれど、麺は基本冷たいので、そちらの方がオススメされますが、今回は温かいのにしました。個人的にはこちらの方が好みでした。
アルバイトさん入り立ての女の子が頑張っている感じがホッとしました。
Even if the amount of noodles is different, the price is the same, so it seems like you will ask for a lot of noodles, but thick noodles have a lot of volume.
Maybe I'm busy, it took me a while to get my order. The soup is warm, but the noodles are basically cold, so I recommend that one, but this time I chose warm. Personally, I preferred this one.
I was relieved that the girl who had just joined a part-time job was doing her best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tsukemen ramen I ever had! It consists in getting noodles and broth separated and then you just dip before eating.
You can choose the thickness of the broth and the portion of noodles you can before adding topping if you feel like it.
The noodles are « aldente » and the taste is simple yet very nice as the broth is mind blowing of flavour.
We paid 3300 yen for 2 ramens with gyozas and karaage (fried chicken) and 2 drafts beers, definitively worth it! No tourists at all and it’s really good, even for japan !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to tsukemen and abura soba restaurant back in Tokyo and I’m glad tonhave found it here in Hiroshima. It was the same good taste~ The staffs were kind. Had the karaage set but the staff almost forgot about the karaage. If I didn’t remind them, they would’ve forgotten about it. It came as I was in the middle of finishing my food. Overall, it was fine. The restaurant is spacious.
