漬け物も手作り感か、あって美味しかった。
揚げたてのさつま揚げもすごく美味しかった。

焼き鳥がメインとのことだが、魚料理やお好み焼きなどもある。
店主が和歌山出身との事で、味付けは関西風で、素材もその地方の物が目立つ。
焼き鳥は大きく、食べ応えがあり、じっくりと火を通して仕上げている。
レバーは癖がなく、甘すぎないタレとの相性もよく美味い。
ネギ間は焼き豚のようで、少々あぶらっこい。
鶏はプリっとした食感が良く、火の通りも程よく美味かった。
魚も良いネタを入れているのがわかるが、やはり海なし県レベルなのは否めない。
おでんは関西風の甘めな味付けの為、好みは分かれるだろうが、よく味が染みていて酒のつまみになった。
お好み焼きは魚介をメインとした具沢山なものだったが、ふっくら感はあまりなく、少々期待はずれ。
店主は良くも悪くも料理人といった感じなので、合う合わないは大きく分かれるだろう。
嫌いな客に大しては思い切り態度に出るタイプなのがすぐにわかった。

Oden has a Kansai-style sweet taste, so the taste may vary, but it tasted well and became a liquor snack.
Okonomiyaki had a lot of ingredients centered on seafood, but it didn't feel very plump and was a little disappointing.
The owner of the shop feels like a chef for good or for bad, so there will be big differences between those who do not fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来客なし、夫婦でテレビを見ながらあーだこーだと言っていたが、そうでもしないと間が持たないのでしょう。強引に話し掛けたりガン見したりしてこない居心地の良さ。しゃべりたければこちらから話しかけると気持ち良く会話してくれる距離感が良い。
ねぎまとレバーを食べたら絶品でビックリしました。
時期のせいかおでんの良い香りが漂ってましたがメインのお店で飲み足りなかった分を補足する為に立ち寄ったのでお腹いっぱいで断念しました。次回はメインで行ってみたいと思います。
ちなみにネットで何を書いても見てないし、見かたさえわからないそうです。
