８００円の刺身定食を注文します。ついでに１００円のドリンクバーをつけてみることに。
そのドリンクバーですが、いわゆるコーナーに行って好きなドリンクを手にしてとるのではなく、お店の人に注文するシステム。居酒屋さんの飲み放題プランのソフトドリンク版と言ったほうがわかりやすい。
刺身定食は、お味噌頑張ってシジミでカツオ出汁からきいて美味しかった。サラダはいかにも居酒屋さんのサラダといった感じですが、新鮮で盛りがよく、ドレッシングがうまい。刺身はマグロ、タコ、ハマチ、タイ、カツオ、甘海老と少量ずつですが、魚の種類に合わせた包丁使いができてます。
ご飯が少ない感じですが、食後にコーヒーをいただいたときお尋ねすれば、おかわり可とのこと。
店主のサービス精神や意気込みを感じますが、それがお客さんに伝わりにくいことになっているのが気になります。
