出張中に利用しましたが、ワンコインそこそこで定食数種、麺セット、カレー等が食べられます。よくある社食。味も悪くないです。
ピーク時・昼時の環境はよくなかったです。
利用の大多数は県庁職員のようですが、あちこちで惜しげも無く仕事の話、愚痴をされています。
一般も利用しているのだから、それはいかがなものか、、と、こっちがハラハラし、落ち着きませんでした。
混むので、ガヤガヤうるさいし、料理の受取で並ぶのもせかせかしないといけません。
It is a cafeteria in the prefectural government that can also be used in general.

The environment at peak hour and daytime was not good.

Because it gets crowded, it is noisy and you have to touch about getting lined up at the reception of dishes.

大変リーズナブルでコスパは良いです。
券売機で買う方式で迷いにくいです。
こういった食堂で有りがちなローカルルールが無く普通の店舗でした。
部外者でも飲食は可能でした。
行った日は雨でしたが晴れの日は眺めが良いとの事でした。
It is the Shizuoka prefectural cafeteria.
Very reasonable and cospa is good.
It is hard to get lost with the method of buying with a ticket vending machine.
There were no local rules that are likely to exist in these dining halls and it was an ordinary store.
Food and drink was possible even outsiders.
It was rain on the day we went, but on sunny days the view was good.

ミックスサラダにお茶が付いて税込100円。安っすい。次回はlunchで来ようかな⁉️
I stopped by for a field trip on weekdays. It was 10am, so it's only takeout (^ O ^)
A mixed salad with tea is 100 yen including tax. It's cheap. I wonder if I will come by lunch next time ⁉️
