A rental hall in a corner of downtown, which is a renovated former movie theater. There is a history that the theater people who grew up in the area renovated it almost by hand and started as a theater with the equipment handed over from various parts of the city. Today, it is popular for a wide range of purposes such as local events and meetings, as well as theater and performance use both inside and outside the city, mainly on weekends.
