★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコースを登る場合、あせみ峠の手前１キロ強の部分が尾根の斜面をジグザグに登ってゆく急登になっており、豆焼橋から５００ｍの標高差を短距離で一気に稼ぎます。この先、雁坂峠まで残り標高差５００ｍを片付けますが、それまでとは一転し概して緩いトラバース登りとなり、標高差よりも水平距離の長さを感じるようになります。
あせみ峠はそのような状況転換点なので、ここで休憩し気分の切り替えをすると良いでしょう。
静寂が売りのこのコースですが、ここを訪れた５月下旬の段階で辺りを飛び回る小虫がその静寂をせっせと壊してまわります。夏に向けての季節は虫よけ対策をお忘れなく。
 When climbing this course, the part just over 1km in front of Asemi Pass is a steep climb that climbs the ridge slope in a zigzag manner, and you can earn an altitude difference of 500m from Mameyaki Bridge in a short distance. From this point onward, the remaining altitude difference of 500m will be cleared up to the Karisaka Pass, but it will be a slower traverse than before, and you will feel a longer horizontal distance than the altitude difference.
Asemi Pass is such a turning point, so it's a good idea to take a break here and change your mood.
This course sells silence, but at the stage of late May when you visited here, small insects flying around destroy the silence. Be sure to take measures against insects during the summer season.

豆焼橋を渡りしばらく林道歩き。
(1ヶ所、道路崩壊 かなり危険)
登山道に入り徐々に標高を上げて
いくが、あせみ峠手前1.5Km付近から
ジグザグの急登が現れ一気に標高を稼ぐ。
峠にはベンチが置かれ小休止にはよい。
この辺りから手作りの説明板が目に付き
山深い山域のコースですが安心して
歩くことができます！
帰路にはこの付近でニホンカモシカと
遭遇するラッキーがありました。
