s	s r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診でした。受付で「喘息の為、咳が酷いがPCRは陰性で発熱の症状等なく病院では喘息との診断を受け薬を内服している」と伝えました。受付の方は上司(医者？)に相談した上で受診可能ですと言われました。紙に住所と電話番号を書き受付の方に提出するとそれにティッシュを被せて触らない様に受け取り、その後手を洗っていました。喘息と伝えましたが、受付の方は私からかなり距離を取って話しており、あたかも「感染症者」と思える様な対応をされて非常に気分が悪かったです。その受付の方の対応を見た他の患者さんはどう思うでしょうか？事前に伝えたにも関わらず差別をされた様で悲しく、途中で許可を取り帰宅しました。このご時世ですから仕方ないかもしれませんが、受付の女性の方はあんまりな対応でした。 It was my first visit. I told him that he had asthma, but the receptionist was talking at a considerable distance from me, and I felt very sick because he was treated as if he were an "infectious disease person". What do other patients think when they see the receptionist's response? I was sad that I was discriminated against even though I told him in advance, so I got permission on the way and went home. It may be unavoidable because it is this time of the year, but the lady at the reception was very responsive.
