このお店は、馬町商店街から移転された かなり古くから営まれてるまんじゅう屋さんです(*´∀`) 四十年以上前に、大福とアワ餅を買った記憶があります 今は大福だけなのでしょうか… 今は、しっかり若い方々に引き継がれて 今なおお店をやっていた うれしい限りです(*´∀`) 大福は、あんこがほんのり塩味があり 昔ながらのあんこでとても美味しいです(*´∀`) お昼前、早いときは10時くらいには無くなってしまうことがあるので 買いたい方は前日に予約されたら確実かと思います(*´∀`) いつまでも、あって欲しいお店です(*´∀`)

お餅屋さんの大福餅なので、生地は餅ですので、もちもち感が高いです。餡の塩加減も絶妙ですね。大きさは普通ですが、生地が多めで食べがいのある大福です。やはり生地が餅なので、早めにお召し上がり下さい、固くなるのが早いですね。 桜餅の生地ももちもち感があり、桜の葉の塩漬けと相まって絶妙な食感と餡とのハーモニーに虜になりそうですね。開店後すぐに大福が売り切れる場合もありますので、お早めの来店が良いアドバイス思います。駐車場はコキンパーキングがすぐ裏にありますが、須賀川市役所の駐車場が2時間無料なのでおすすめです。市役所からは徒歩3分ぐらいでした。

時期によって作られるものが違っています。今の時期は柏餅でした。本当は、大福が食べたくて買いに行ったのですが、大福は、もう少しあとに作る予定だそうです。今回は柏餅を買ってきましたが、柏餅を包むのは経木でした。作りたてを買ったため、柏餅に汗(水分)が付いています。その水分を経木がクッションになり、適度に逃がしてくれていました。

県外の人間も知っているくらいの知名度なのでそれに見合う美味しさがありました。 大福がとても柔らかく甘すぎず、皮もベタつかない。時間が経っても美味しく食べられるので県外の人も来る訳だと納得の味です。 売り切れもその分早いので早めに向かいつつ、少し狭い場所にあるのでそこだけ注意かなと感じました。おいしい。
