相談窓口にいた老齢の男性が最悪。言葉は丁寧なのですが、貴方の為に言っているんですみたいな態度が勘に触り段々腹が立ってきました。そばにいた女性職員が私の為に色々動こうとすると余計な事はするなと言葉丁寧にプレッシャーを与えてました。ここは俺が仕切っているんだから口を出すな、余計な事はするなというのがわかり不快でした。女性職員がこんなオヤジと働いていて本当に気の毒で可哀想で仕方ありません。私達と他の職員の為にも1日も早く辞めて下さい。それにしても家族が亡くなっての手続きの書類が面倒でなんとかならないですか?

単独の建物かと思っていたらビルの三階にありました。 平日昼間でもかなり活気がある、というか混雑しているようで、待ち時間はそれなりに覚悟した方が良さそうです。 職員さんの接遇はお役所的ではあるものの、丁寧だと思います。

コロナ禍なので予約して伺いました。 事前に「用意してください」と教えていただいた物を揃えて行きましたが、年金番号(年金手帳)を身内がなくしてしまっていることを伝えたら番号を調べてくださり記入できました。 受付の方も、担当の方もとても丁寧で優しく教えていただきました。 ありがとうございました。

年金関連の書類が届いたので、提出の為に来所。入り口に順番待ちの券を発行する機械が有り、2種類あるが説明がない。近くの職員さんに確認すると全く違う別の窓口を指示される(?) 書類を出した途端、「年金番号が分かるものありますか?」年金番号は確認して書類に書いてきたのに、何のために確認の必要が? 「番号を間違う人が多いから」との返事だか、本人確認ならまだしも、データ調べれば直ぐ間違いも分かるでしょう。雨の日だったのもあり、ガラガラでしたが、30分待ちました。 その待つ間、「電話予約のない方は1〜2時間待つ事もあります」のキツい貼り紙をガン見しておりました。そもそも年金相談じゃないし、書類提出でも待たせるなら届いた手紙にも書いておいて欲しい。 大田年金事務所、終わったな!

Came here just to apply for and pick up a document, was pretty quick and the staff were helpful. Couldn't find the bicycle parking tho, just ended up parking in the car area and hoping for the best lol
